CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE CARD ON FILE TO BOOK Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before scheduled service. Within the 24 hour window of the service booked, cancellations will be charged a non-refundable fee of 50% of the scheduled hair service total. No Show Policy If not notified that you are unable to make your appointment and do not show for your set appointment time & date, you’ll be charged 50% of the hair service total for the missed appointment. You will be unable to book a future appointment until that amount is paid. There is a 10 minute grace period for running late, after that your service might be altered to stay on time for those scheduled after you.
